Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (Within India): We offer free shipping on orders above INR 1000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping charge of INR 50 will be applied.
International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. Any additional customs duties or taxes applicable will be borne by the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping: Orders within India are usually delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times may vary from 10-15 business days depending on the country of destination.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our logistics partner's website.

5. Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery: While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors like weather conditions or customs clearance may cause delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with an update.
Incorrect Address: Vedicatam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing an order.

6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Non-Deliverable Locations
We currently ship to most locations within India and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you at the time of order placement.
